We have the right to limit the quantities available for all products and services that we offer. Know that all prices displayed on the Website are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the U.S. Use the currency converter on the bottom banner of the Kwueendom site if needed.

You agree that you have placed all information in correctly for the best service. All purchases made through the Kwueendom site is non-refundable. If you request a refund you must follow the refund request policy. Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel a film package the week of, Kwueendom may keep the deposit. Prom and Graduation package deposits are $75. Wedding package deposits are $250. You are not allowed to use the additional person, additional time or additional setting options if you have not purchased the silver or royal package. At any time that you make a purchase for one of the add ons without having the silver or royal package; Kwueendom is allowed to issue a refund to the original payment method. If monies are not allowed to transfer due to cancellations of payment method and not able to make contact via email, phone and/or mail; with the client, Kwueendom is allowed to secure and keep the money. Once the client who is being recorded leaves the setting, the videographer is allowed to leave as well. When you book a time frame for the graduate, bride, groom, etc., to be recorded; you agree that you will use up all the time with the main individual(s). Once they leave, it is okay for the videographer to leave as well and there will be no refunds for the remaining time. Additional setting can’t be more than 17 miles from the original setting for wedding packages only, and 10 miles for all other packages. Kwueendom’s team can deny the additional setting and refund the monies.
