International Shipping
Shipping rates may vary based on the package weight, shipping address, and shipping method when shipping Internationally. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to process and 2-20 business days for delivery (depending on the shipping method, etc.,). These fees fluctuate by country and order value. Kwueendom does not influence these types of fees. The customer is responsible for all customs and/or import fees.
Expedited Shipping
The package will usually ship on the same business day if placed before 11:00 AM EST (Excluding Holidays and Weekends). Expedited shipping options that were chosen after 11:00 AM EST will ship out the next business day.
Domestic Shipping
Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to process and 2-3 business days for delivery. Weekends and holidays are not included. Kwueendom ships all handcrafted products freshly made. If there is a delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email as soon as possible.
On your checkout page, there will be shipping rates displayed that have been calculated for you. Shipping rates may vary depending on the shipping method, postal code, and weight.
Please note that the estimated delivery time may vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination of the package.
Kwueendom aims to provide accurate estimated delivery times and keep our customers informed of any delays or issues that may arise during the shipping process.

Order Tracking
You will receive your shipping confirmations via email once your order is processed. This email will contain all necessary information. That includes, shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. Be mindful that it can take up to 24 business hours for your tracking number to become active.
Furniture Shipping Policy
Kwueendom will always list necessary information about all furniture pieces.
If you order furniture pieces that do not fit into your place of residence/business it isn't our fault. Please make sure to measure areas the furniture has to travel through before purchasing items.
All furniture items will be shipped from Sha's Furniture located at 10191 Gratiot Ave. Detroit, MI 48213.
We only ship furniture locally or within a 50-mile Radius
Please do not place a furniture order if you are not within a 50-mile radius of Sha's Furniture.
If you are not within a 100-mile radius shipping areas include but are not limited to: Flint, Port Huron, Rochester Hills, Toledo Ohio, Pontiac, Troy, Sterling Heights, St. Clair Shores, Eastpointe, Birmingham, Novi, Livonia, Romulus, Ann Arbor, etc.,.
Shipping prices may vary based on distance and other factors.
