Booking Policy:

You agree that you have placed all information in correctly for the best service. All purchases made through the Kwueendom site are non-refundable. If you request a refund you must follow the refund request policy. Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel a film package the week of, Kwueendom will keep the deposit. Prom, Music, and Graduation package deposits are $75. Wedding package deposits are $250. If you cancel the booking, the deposit will be held and the remaining monies will be returned. You are not allowed to use the additional person, additional time, or additional setting options if you have not purchased the silver or royal package.

If you purchase one of the add-ons without having the silver or royal package; Kwueendom is allowed to issue a refund to the original payment method. If monies are not allowed to transfer due to cancellations of payment methods and we are unable to make contact via email, phone, and/or mail; with the client, Kwueendom is allowed to keep the money after 5 days of no response. Once the client who is being recorded leaves the setting, the videographer is allowed to leave as well. When you book a time frame for the graduate, bride, groom, etc., to be recorded; you agree that you will use up all the time with the main individual(s). Once they leave, it is okay for the videographer to leave as well and there will be no refunds for the remaining time. Additional settings can’t be more than 17 miles from the original setting for wedding packages only, and 10 miles for all other packages. Kwueendom’s team can deny the additional setting and time; and refund the monies at any time. At the time the videographer arrives at the video shoot the time clock begins. The videographer is not obligated to wait for certain people to arrive before shooting the video. You agree that you will be prepared to film at the appointment time and if you can't the time continues to tick while the videographer records scenery, decor, others (if wanted), and other necessary film shots; once the videographer has captured other shots; if the main attraction still isn't ready the videographer waits no longer than 15 minutes. If the videographer is standing around waiting for 15 minutes or more, they have the right to cancel the shoot, refund necessary monies, and secure the non-refundable deposit. The videographer can also use their discretion and agree to wait the time out until the full appointment is over. When your film is being processed and completed; Kwueendom's film team will ensure that you agree with most of the shots, colors, and more. Kwueendom will provide you updates via text message and/or email for documentation purposes. All calls to Kwueendom are on a recorded line.

Video Editing Process:

Prom and Graduation Film expected completion time is 7-12 business days.

Wedding Film expected completion time is 1 month.

Music Video expected completion time is 2-3 weeks.
